Please bare in mind that everything here is handmade; Jewellery pieces and original art are already complete when put up here for sale, my weekly postal day for these is a Thursday. Homeware and clothing items are made especially for you once you have made your purchase so please allow for this when placing your order. I prefer you buy from me from my website, but sometimes when it is appropriate I send out invoices from another system.   I accept Mastercard, Maestro, Visa and American Express Credit Cards. It is assumed that you have accepted my terms and conditions by booking with me.

For International I now use TransGlobal Express to send parcels abroad.  Please make your order as usual and I will send you a tracking number.  Sometimes there may be a small extra charge for items sent abroad, please contact me for details if necessary.  Please note Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country - these charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.  Payment of these import duties or any charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient (this includes FREE GIVEAWAYS) and will NOT be covered by me, this is your responsibility. As the receiver it will be your sole responsibility to track your order and submit necessary requirements to the customs or courier otherwise if your order has been tagged as return to sender or unsuccessful delivery due to the receiver not being able to follow-up or have not submitted the necessary requirements or notification to the courier then usually goods are returned to us the sender. This order will then be sent out to you again and you will be required to cover the extra postage/courier/customs/taxes incurred. A reading will give you an idea of where you are headed, based on your energy in the ‘now’. They will indicate any areas in your life that you could ‘tweak’ to allow yourself to move in a more positive direction. Readings offer clarity, guidance and reassurance. Sessions can also incorporate all these things; but also takes it one step further; working with transmuting your energy. Each session is geared towards a specific purpose which you dictate. This process can also involve soul retrieval, soul rescue, cord cutting, energy management, spirit release, past life regression and/or past life readings, removing crystallized energies, extracting hardened energies, learning how to manage entities and intrusive entities, environment issues, transforming toxic emotional energies, overwriting imprints, looking at the implications of technology and AI in your energy field, to name a few. You may well be able to kiss goodbye to sleepless nights; gain a clear mind and learn how to make effective discerning decisions, increasing your confidence in intutuion, helping you to take action with confidence and clarity. You have found me and are getting in touch with me for a specific reason. Your focus helps to guide my inner vision to pinpoint the information you need right now, so to experience a good reading/session it takes you being open and allowing the energy to flow between us. Having an awareness of your issues and questions you may like to ask will help me to pinpoint the information you need right now. I will still receive pertinent information without a focus but you may leave the reading wanting to know more. It is advisable to know beforehand what you would like to focus on at the start of the reading/session.

I have been told by many clients that what I have told them will happen has been spot on; in the actions involved, people involved and the timing. However, that said, timing isn’t always an easy thing to predict. Often I see the patterns at work in your life and the lives of those around you, together with how and when they are likely to occur into certain events — if your current momentum remains unchanged, or that of those around you. Hence it can be difficult to predict exact dates or timing of events that will come to pass – but they can give you a pretty good idea (ie. 4 to 12 months guideline, but sometimes much more specific). So, if at the end of the time predicted within the reading you are still in the same career or living in the same house you might tell yourself that my reading was inaccurate. But, then, two months later that promotion, job move or house move comes through – you will remember my reading and put two and two together. It is important to take note accuracy is dependant on your action and motivation, and of those around you immediately influencing your life that in turn effects your momentum…….like the cycles of life. If you significantly alter these rhythms your life will readjust – some events occurring sooner and some later as a result. On one particular occasion that I recall I have been a year out – and when things started happening, they happened exactly as I said, just a year later.

It is very important that you feel comfortable and safe with the individual that you choose. Always go with your first instinct when you see them or by looking at their photograph. When considering a reader spiritual healer, ask if he or she uses spiritual protection against lower forces – and yes I do, it is of utmost importance. Once you have chosen remember to keep an open mind during the sessions. You may sometimes hear things that you do not want to hear, and you may need to look at these in more depth – but equally you will hear things that you definitely want to hear, so don’t worry! Relax. Reading sessions are about you, and your life. They help you to confirm your suspicions, giving you confidence and clarity. These sessions are to help you to expand your awareness and perhaps find out new things that you had not yet been aware of or come to light. Most importantly they help you to move forward step by step from where you are now, guiding you along the brightest best path for you – a gift.

There are several schools of thought on this topic so I will say here what I have observed. It is possible to live the life that we decide to live based on us being ‘true’ to ourselves. We have a choice to respond to life in such a way that it works out how we desire it to. It is important first and foremost that we are honest and true with ourselves and to ourselves. When a psychic clairvoyant sees future events, they are seeing the most likely results of the current momentum in your life. Momentum is one’s spiritual velocity; it’s the course we set forth by our motivations, intentions, values and beliefs. Any momentum you have created, you can uncreate and, ultimately then change the final outcome. As an example: It would unusual for for a reader to say something like “You will loose your job next year”. A good psychic will see more about the internal and external conditions that would lead to that event. This would be their focus and direction of the reading so that should you wish to you can make the best choices to ‘uncreate’ your current momentum. However, in some cases this is simplifying things a little too much. We may carry a cocktail of energies with us from childhood issues, abuse, previous lifetimes and generational patterns too, and that energy can often have an effect on what happens to us in this lifetime in the here and now. Sometimes this is positive but often it can get in the way of our desires, holding us back. It is important to take note here that these issues are not your ‘fault’ in any way. Time is not linear so if there is something happening in your life right now that does not seem to make sense then it is necessary to take an even deeper look at what is going on at this level so that this energy can be healed, with the result of neutralising the negativity. Of course there is the added consideration of what the sounds of planets are having on our lives ie. astrological transitioning influences.

You may have to let go of hurt or loss that you experienced in the past. You may need to work at strengthening your sense of inner security, self worth and self confidence to attract the best relationship/job/money/opportunities/experiences that you want. The universe responds to your inner world, and the way you feel about it. That by no means makes it your fault, it is a natural occurance of mind thought processes affecting energy. Some of us hold onto old ideas or values that no longer serve us well and you may need to develop new ideas or habits to make room for your new desires. Your life may need some reorganising – for instance you may need to create some space and time in an area of your life to allow other areas to grow and flourish so that your life becomes one of balance, health, harmony and contentment. Timing is a state of readiness, not the ticking of the clock that we live by. You may need to consider how ready you are for a relationship at this time. Perhaps you could do with making some changes first. Sometimes, much to your surprise, you may discover that you really don’t want a relationship right now, apart from with yourself.

I do naturally reply to you emails within reason between readings sessions, within reason. Please bare in mind in this instance that I am very busy and may take up to 48 working hours to reply so do not think that I am ignoring you, my replies are dictated by my already organised schedule. Please keep emails concise – there may be times when I suggest that what you have mentioned needs to be dealt with in an actual session rather than via email when issues are too complex to just write down easily and concisely.

Also please also take note of my working hours – I do not reply to queries after 6pm at night especially during unsociable hours, or on Sundays. I do make it clear when I am on holiday also.

Please be sure to check your technology is working properly before the  start of your sessionso that you can get as much from the time as possible.  Please also bare in mind when booking I am based in the UK so all times agreed are iin UK time

Please know, I am really busy. I always endeavour to get back to you within 48 hours latest. On the whole wait time for appointments can be  any time from 1 to 2 weeks, occasionally slots are available the next  day. I do not work in the evening after 6pm or on a Sunday.

I like you to use this website to book your one to one sessions, but I understand that sometimes this is not possible.  If you would like to book with me directly please email me with your request.  I will then offer you an appointment time using UK time - once your session time has been agreed I will email you with an invoice attached, payment due immediately to secure your appointment without exception. This email will have a 'Review and Pay Invoice' button at the bottom. I can also provide BACS payment details if this is the only convenient way for you by request.

It is assumed that you have accepted all my policiies and terms and conditions when booking with me.

I ask you to recognize that I will always have your best interests at heart and that with hard work and an open mind you can make life-changing strides in your life, healing and goals. However, as with anything in life, there are no guarantees (you will find other practitioners and drs say the same thing too) and your success is also dependent upon your own effort outside of healing, counselling, coaching as well; so no guarantees are being made.

If you know you will not make your allotted time I require a 48 hour notice minimum.

In a session you may be given a great deal of information. This is NOT, nor does Elizabeth imply anywhere, that this is fortune-telling – it is only another avenue of inspiration and is not to be a substitute for professional care. Your session is confidential and no information is divulged to third parties. You must be at least 18 years or over to purchase these sessions. If you are younger your carer will need to be present at all times, unless I have written confirmation from your parent/guardian that a one to one session is appropriate.

If you have booked a reading session all you have to be is present.    It’s a good idea to write down a list of things you want to go through during your session, things can get pretty intense and it helps to have things written down. It’s helps me if you have specific questions so that we can get immediately into the process, although if doing this is difficult for you that is OK, once you have allowed me free access into your unconscious I can quickly unravel what is going on and help you get to the deepest parts of any issues and take you through the reading or the healing.  

My main objective is for my client to have a good experience and gain from their consultations. At times there are situations where I feel I may not be a good fit for you, I do not feel a connection or I may not have the appropriate time to offer you due to other commitments, so it is a policy of mine that I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason. Please do not take it personally if I refuse to serve you it just means that I do not feel I am the right person to help you; and if I feel I cannot work with you I am always happy to offer a referral for someone who may be more compatible if I know someone. This could either be another reader energy healer or your GP for deep-seated mind treatments and/or transpersonal psychology. If I perceive that you are addicted to psychics/therapists/mentors etc I will refuse to read for you or work with you. I do not encourage addiction to psychics/therapists/mentors – you are always in charge of your own life and I am merely a guide.

I cannot give you the answers you want to hear, only what I am given. If I feel you are asking the same question in a different way over and over I may refuse to work with you in the future.

I used to be insured, however, after much thought I have considered my position and this is how things stand with me: at this point readers practitioners of healing modalities have thought it was a good idea to set up organisations to oversee their teachings and practice so that other people would have to fulfil and abide by the standards they have set for others so that they can be perceived to be safe and competent by the general public, and also to then be able to take out insurance. It is not necessary to become accredited to read or offer healing, nor do you need to be accredited to pass on the skills (unless you want to undertake the training requirements that are required to enable you to become accredited, then all you need to do is to find someone who has actually been taught how to deliver it to you). Legally it means nothing. With readings and healing it is through trust and word of mouth.

If you have issues with my prices then please look elsewhere. Not only will you realise that my fees are very competitive but also without really wanting to state the obvious (but I will!) you must also understand that I have undertaken years of ongoing practice, observation, study and training to do what I do, I also have the experience of having helped many people doing what I do; I have bills to pay just like you do; and most importantly my energy changes every time I make contact at such a deep level with another person and I honour my energetic health above all else which requires upkeep outside of your appointment times to enable me to give you clean and unbiased information, so this is factored in. I want your investment, because that’s what it is for you – an investment in yourself – to be a voluntary transaction where you gain something of value in return. If you would like reassurance that I am of integrity and have success in helping others like you then there is enough information for you to please take a look at what my clients are saying about me and then make up your own mind, if you haven’t already!

As stated in my policies, FAQ and terms and conditions I do not offer refunds for my healing work. When you book and decide to work with me you are making a commitment on many levels primarily to yourself, but also with me. I no longer make recordings of readings sessions.  With prior agreement with me you can make a recording of your session yourself, however, these recordings are copyright protected. These recordings, and the copyright are the property of Elizabeth Shewan and any use other than for what they are intended (ie. a personal record of your reading session) is strictly prohibited.

Please feel free to make notes during the session, I would actively encourage it.

I have given many sessions to clients over the years so there have been many times that have been very special. When a person comes to me in physical pain and leaves without it it is always a memorable moment. And passing on a message to someone from a person who has already passed away … it strikes such a cord with them in that moment that all their troubles literally drop away from them are definitely there in my memory. Also, on many occasions cord cutting, or other energetic surgery, has totally changed my clients lives for the better, allowing them to move on in a way that they never imagined possible - this is very heartwarming to see, every time.

I love it when a client leaves a session with a renewed sense of peace and contented calmness about their lives and their future; and the motivation to take action. It is most rewarding when a client has come to me in pain, be it emotional or so deep that it has reached the physical, and leaves the consultation feeling totally different, bouncing on air and physical pain relieved and gone.

I always remember being in touch with it. When I was around 7 years old I would dress up as a ‘Mystic Meg’ type character with some playing cards and a glass ball that I had, in front of me, whilst I asked my family and friends up for a reading! Even earlier than this when our family dog was dying, without being told what to do I was communicating with her and helping her over to the other side – a moment I will never forget - especially my fathers face full of wonderment and pride when he realised what was happening.  It really was extraordinary, not one person in my immediate family has these particular gifts, so they effectively came to me naturally.

Life! In many areas of my expertise I am autodidact through grounded discerning experience. I have been interested in the world of the unseen since a very early age, and have many stories to tell. I have felt lost in my life, have worked through the ‘dark night of my soul’ and come out the other side, as it were – so the techniques I pass on are from first hand knowledge as well as education and guidance I have learnt along the way, and contemplation. During my life I have embarked on an extensive programme of study, absorption, training and working in areas of art, psychic awareness, energy healing, shamanism, life coaching, mediumship and intuition, which is continuously ongoing. I am clairsentient, clairvoyant and clairaudient; I feel, see and hear things outside of the spectrum of every day life. Animals have feelings and emotions just like we do – so I work firstly with picking up on their feelings. As I move into their feelings I pick things up telepathically from them that they are trying to communicate to you. They get very frustrated when they are not listened to; and invariably once they have been able to express themselves to you they feel a lot better. Just like us humans really.

Yes, they can be helped once I’ve been able to discover the reasons for their problems through communication. Sometimes pets that have been adopted at an older age were abused in their previous homes and this can cause problems in their new homes. Communication can help their new carers to to understand their unique or troublesome behaviours. Any information communicated that can then be used to help those pets satisfactorily adjust to their new environment – usually through mutual negotiation and agreement.

They talk about what’s important to them. This could include things about changes in their routine, food they don’t like, where they have a pain in their body, how they feel bored sometimes, what experiences they’ve had in their previous home which has created a ‘fear’ in them, where is their favourite spot to lie in, how we can help them heal and any messages they may like to pass on at the end of their lives.

There can be a few things to explore here. Sometimes new routines have thrown them out of sync and it just takes a few adjustments to sort the problem out. However, at other times – and this happens quite a lot – the animals and carers have been together before in a previous life and experiences from this lifetime or sometimes several lifetimes, are raising their head in this lifetime. I would explore these connections in depth – sharing the information with all parties concerned, and these issues on an energetic level. More often than not as soon as the past life issues have been resolved the emotional charge has been released and a healing, often quite dramatic, takes place.

Not always. All animals have free will, and in some cases, we’re asking them to stop doing something that’s prompted by their natural instincts. That said, I would talk through both sides to the story openly and attempt to reach a compromise that works well for all concerned. There are times where I will need to work with you as well as you may be impacting your animal without realising. Sometimes these things take time to resolve. Each case is different.

Being a skilled empath I can tell exactly where the pain is located in their body, by feeling it in my own. This, and details about accidents, can be confirmed by the animals themselves through communication; being especially useful if nobody was witness to an accident. I can feel how intense their pain actually is. If need be I will douse for confirmation. This information is very useful for a veterinarian, or a chiropractor; either providing new information or confirmation. Translating for sick or injured animals is intense and beneficial – rewarding all concerned.

If an animal is dying it is always very comforting for them to be able to communicate their end-of-life wishes so that I can help their wishes be honoured. Animals usually know when their time has come and they like to have help whilst making their transition to the light. Sometimes they ask me to tell their carers that it is time for them to go.

When I was about 7 years old. I still remember it; being very close to my family dog. When it was time for her to pass I was terribly upset, and sat with her by her side for many hours talking with her and offering her healing comfort. When the time came for her to go I instinctually knew what to do – I do not come from a family who showed me the way. I continued to speak with her and comfort her; and she comforted me too – but it didn’t stop me crying! She was eventually taken to the vets to be put to sleep to ease her pain, so from a distance I helped her to move on to the other side.

Once again for legal reasons Elizabeth is obliged to state that The Healing and Veterinary Surgery Act 1966 prohibits anyone other than a qualified veterinary surgeon from diagnosing ailments. Elizabeth is not, nor is anyone else at Elizabeth Shewan The Artist and Clairvoyant, a vet. Elizabeth's role is to describe the symptoms revealed by the animal during our communication. The Protection of Animals Act 1911 requires that if an animal clearly needs treatment from a veterinary surgeon the owner must obtain this. When you consult about any animal with Elizabeth Shewan The Artist and Clairvoyant you automatically acknowledge that your animal has seen a vet about any pre-existing and existing conditions it may have prior to any animal communication/healing. Owners are requested to advise their veterinary surgeons of their intention to use healing or any other complementary therapy alongside conventional treatment. The healing of animals and contact healing, by the laying on of hands or distance healing is legal.
