Please note handmade Jewellery and Original Artwork is sent directly from my Dorset Studio.  Clothing, Fabric and Homeware is send directly from the Warehouse.  Please bare this in mind if you are treating yourself to both jewellery and clothing/homeware textiles in the same order - they will be sent out separately with differing timescales.  Check each listing for further details.

Handmade Jewellery, Original Art and Limited Edition Prints

 

All jewellery and original art is handmade by myself in my Dorset Studio, and sent directly from the studio. 

 

Elizabeth ships all over the world.  If your country and costs show up when you enter your details at checkout then I am sending items to your area.  Please contact me if you have any questions, or issues at checkout.

 

My weekly posting day is THURSDAY (morning) each week (orders must be received by 4pm on Wednesdays), but if you need something delivered at short notice please choose FAST TRACKED P&P shipping at checkout and your parcel will be sent out to you on the next working day (order before 6pm weekdays).

 

A tracked delivery service is always used to send jewellery. Choose at checkout which you prefer (what appears depends on the value of your order, special delivery applies to orders over £50) - please bare in mind some options include insurance and others do not - choose your preference at your own risk. 

Sometimes when I am booking your TransGlobal delivery I am charged further Destination Taxes due in advance rather than upon arrival in your country - these are due by you and I will be in touch to settle this before booking the delivery.

International orders under 22 euros can be sent via post and are VAT and Duty free. Tariffs may apply.  EU deliveries, delivery companies are continuing to experience technical issues at EU customs with commodity codes.

 

Sometimes when I am booking your TransGlobal delivery I am charged further Destination Taxes due in advance rather than upon arrival in your country - these are due by you and I will be in touch to settle this before booking the delivery.

 

Once you have purchased your goodies you will be sent a tracking number details via automated email.

 

Please check your tracking updates from Royal Mail (smaller and medium UK parcels), ParcelForce (larger UK parcels) and for International Shipping TransGlobal Express.

 

If you are awaiting a non-tracked delivery for smaller items and you have received your dispatch confirmation, your order will be on it is way sent on the THURSDAY after your order (last orders 4pm on Wednesdays each week).

 

Import taxes, duties, tariffs and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country - these charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination. Payment of any import duties, tariffs or any charges and taxes are your responsibility, the recipient (this includes FREE GIVEAWAYS) and will NOT be covered by me at any time.

 

Please use your tracking numbers to follow your consignment, ready to pay Customs Fees and Tariffs if and when applicable. You must pay all Customs Fees and up to date tariffs.

 

Occasionally some international tracking updates appear to stall. This is most likely because the parcel is working its way through customs. Please hold tight, the parcel should start moving again after a few days.

 

It is your sole responsibility to track your order and submit necessary requirements to the customs or courier.

 

If you miss your item at customs and it gets returned to me I am not responsible for any or further postage costs.

 

I am not responsible for any delays should there be any postal delivery strikes or delays, for whatever reason. This is out of my hands.

 

Once we drop off your packages to the delivery company it is in their hands and we have no control at that point.

 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

We are unable to take responsibility and will not refund or replace lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages marked "delivered" or "in-transit".

 

We are not responsible for any items damaged during shipping transit and we will not accept damaged items for return.  Please see our returns section for further details.

We ship to the address provided at checkout so you will need to work with your local delivery office if there’s an issue with delivery. We will not be held responsible for packages that have wrong or incomplete addresses. The cost to re-ship out your package should this arise will be at the expense of the buyer. If the order is undeliverable to the original address provided and is returned the customer is required to pay an additional shipping fee for redelivery and return.

 

We are not responsible for any items damaged during shipping transit and we will not accept damaged items for return.

 

Signatures required on Delivery

 

UK Deliveries; Express 24, Tracked and Signed For and Special Delivery needs a signature - I send everything (expect smaller cost items under £20) either Express 24, Special Delivery or Signed For due to their value. However, if you are not in at the time of delivery the postman will leave a calling card that will give you the chance to rebook the delivery online to a day that is convenient for you, pick it up from your local collection office, or they will also give you the opportunity to arrange a different address for it to be redelivered.

 

Rest of the World deliveries; some delivery services are not operating in various areas at certain times, so it may not be possible to ship to your address due to restrictions. Please be aware services may face delays due to weather, pandemics, strikes, and Brexit in processing, tariff processing, delivery and clearing Customs depending on your parcel's destination.

 

As from Aug 29th 2025 additional 10% or more Tariffs may apply to US Customers due to a change in their current rules.  Subject to fluctuations our of my control for now it looks like an additional 10% will be due by you the customer; either payable at the time of purchase or when you receive your item at customs.  This could change at any time; at present it is very unclear what is happening at the moment as there has been very little guidance.  We have been told that the flat $80 clearance fee should not apply, but this could change at any time and if so this will be due by you the customer.  If at any point I have to pay these fees on your behalf you will be required to repay these tariffs and customs fees back to me - I will always keep in touch during this process, and it is expected of you that you also keep me informed to keep things clear and simple.  The personal touch happens here, so please bare this in mind. 

 

PLEASE ALSO NOTE

I use eco-friendly reusable, biodegradable and recyclable wrapping for all my creations as much as possible, but sometimes I have to reinforce packages with plastic tape, especially with larger items, to help it be more secure during transit.

  

Limited Edition Prints are printed using a company in London The Print Space whom I have used for many years.  They send all prints out to you once they have been processed.  Please see this page for shipping details if you are in the US - they have a print shop in the US so there are no additional tariff costs at this time (26th August 2025), unless this changes.

 

Clothing, Fabric and Homeware

Most Products Made And Delivered In 2 - 3 Days AFTER they have been made by HAND immediately upon your order.  Please do bare this in mind at the time of your order, depending on what you order dictates how long it takes to create by hand before sending it on to you.

Long story short Everything is handmade in-house immediately after you have placed your order and funds have been received safely in the warehouse, so you can trust you’ve got the best team working on your order.

 

Delivery and service

When you make an order for clothing, fabrics or homeware your order is then passed on the warehouse.  At the warehouse we focus on product quality, great service and speedy delivery. Thanks to our own one-stop production facility, we dispatch many products within 24 hours of receiving the order, but not all - some pieces are more complex than others and need more hand sewing etc, so please bare this in mind at the time or placing an order. This is because all of staff and production capabilities are in the same building, ensuring each product is printed and manufactured to the company’s long-established high standards. Production times vary according to each product detailed on its' product page and add shipping time on top. Delivery does not have to be to billing address which is great for ensuring acceptance of the parcel or sending gifts. The warehouse does not count weekends or public holidays as production days.

 

UK Delivery

All of your orders are shipped directly from the Warehouse - they use Royal Mail’s 1st Class Recorded service for most orders under 2kg. This is the standard service used and is the default delivery option in the shopping cart. Royal Mail delivers 94% of our orders the next day but occasionally it may take 2-5 days, and in rare cases up to 15 working days. Our standard delivery days include Saturdays, but not Sundays. The average delivery price will vary depending on the number of items in your order.

 

If orders are dispatched after 6 pm, parcels are usually picked up the morning after. At this point, unfortunately, no delivery address change can be made. In the case of express delivery, the next working day counts as the first day of delivery.

 

If your item is over 2kg, bulky, or large (over 60x40cm), FedEx UK couriers are used. They deliver the next business day and are a part of our standard service. We can offer a Saturday delivery service for an extra fee.

 

If you require guaranteed faster shipping time please use our guaranteed next day delivery option. Next day delivery service ensures your item arrives the following business day. If your package is over 2kg or especially bulky we use FedEx couriers, for all other packages we use the Royal Mail’s Special Delivery next business day service. The guaranteed delivery choice is available in the shopping basket and incurs an additional charge. We also offer guaranteed Saturday deliveries (excluding business addresses), through Royal Mail and FedEx, for a further fee.

 

UK non-mainland delivery is available for Royal Mail Recorded and Special Delivery, except in the case of large or bulky items that need a service other than Royal Mail standard recorded. If large or bulky pack to non-UK mainland destination, there may be a remote or over water surcharge in the shopping basket.

 

Customs Tax / Duty

 

We are happy to offer worldwide shipping, however all customs duties and tariffs are due by you.

If your clothing and homeware order is to be delivered outside the UK it is possible the order will have to be made in a warehouse located in your corresponding international country; you may incur additional charges beyond our control. This could be non-reclaimable customs tax as well as administration fees, and any tariffs due. We advise checking the specific customs or import duty policies for your delivery country.

Adverse Weather Conditions

When there are adverse weather conditions, deliveries to some parts of the country can be affected. To minimize delays we work closely with both Royal Mail and FedEx. When your order is dispatched, we will inform you of which courier was used. Information and updates regarding delivery services can be found on Royal Mail and FedEx websites as well as local weather news.

 

In Case Of Royal Mail Strikes

In the case of Royal Mail strikes, the warehouse is still able to deliver your items the next day, excluding Sundays. We switch to alternative delivery methods. We suggest you have your items delivered to your work address, which activates our free courier upgrade for delivery the following business day but only in the case of Royal Mail strikes. If you are unable to include a work delivery address, you are able to upgrade to Royal Mail Special Delivery for a little extra. During strikes, Royal Mail may still deliver small packages (under 2kg). Unfortunately, delivery is not guaranteed. However, Special Delivery items receive priority treatment we are led to believe even during strikes. Top tips in case of Royal Mail Strike: 1) Have your items sent to a work address and receive a free courier upgrade. 2) Pay small fee £4 to £5 upgrade for Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service.

 

International Fast Worldwide Shipping

 

Most international deliveries are with customers in 3 - 5 days after postage. The warehouse uses FedEx, DHL, TNT, Yamato or similar service as our default international delivery option. We suggest this service as it includes detailed tracking and guaranteed speedy delivery. This service can take as little as 2 days to major cities, or as long as 4 days on average, depending on the destination and its accessibility. Shipping costs, tariffs, custom fees and time can vary significantly for remote areas, where it may be necessary for the warehouse to pass on the remote area surcharge levied by the carrier. Delivery outside the EU may attract local tax duty and tariffs to pay which is administered by the local territory and is out of the hands of the warehouse and Elizabeth's Boutique.

 

Once we drop off your packages to the delivery company it is in their hands and we have no control at that point.
