This piece has been painted and designed by Elizabeth in her Dorset Studio. Once payment has been received your chosen item/s will be individually handmade printed, cut, sewn and checked for quality by the lovely team in the London Warehouse especially for YOU.
Please do bare this in mind at the time of your order, depending on what you order some items may take a little more time to create than others, before sending it on to you. All of your homeware, clothing and fabric orders are shipped directly from The warehouse in London once they have been lovingly handmade epecially for YOU.

The London Warehouse use Royal Mail’s 1st Class Recorded service for most orders under 2kg. This is the standard service used and is the default delivery option in the shopping cart.
Royal Mail delivers 94% of our orders the next day but occasionally it may take 2-5 days, and in rare cases up to 15 working days. Our standard delivery days include Saturdays, but not Sundays.
The average delivery price will vary depending on the number of items in your order.
IF YOU ARE TREATING YOURSELF TO JEWELLERY AND/OR ORIGINAL ART TOGETHER WITH ANY HOMEWARE, CLOTHING OR FABRICS IN THE SAME ORDER PLEASE BARE IN MIND THE SHIPPING WILL BE SENT OUT SEPARATELY FROM DORSET AND LONDON RESPECTIVELY, ACCORDING TO THEIR DIFFERING TIMESCALES.

All clothing, homeware and fabric is handmade in the London Warehouse once you have placed your order, especially for you. Because everything is handmade, there is some potential for human error. Usually, our quality control department will pick up on this and everything will be sorted before your order is even dispatched, however on the rare case that something does slip through then all you need to do is let us know.
Contact myself, Elizabeth, within 7 days quoting your name and order number. Please also provide a digital image of the fault (along with a clear description of the problem) in the email.
