Be sure to put your session date in your diary.  (Bare in mind that all times booked are in GMT UK timezone).

Write down any questions you have  and have them to hand during your session.  

Please be sure you have told me what communication system you would like to use and check your technology is working properly before the start of your session so that you can get as much from the time as possible.

If you would like me to help your animal please remember to send me a clear photo via email as soon as you have booked.
