Once payment has been received your chosen item/s will be individually handmade printed, cut and sewn to order by our carpentry and upholstery experts, and checked for quality by the lovely team in the Warehouse especially for YOU.

Please do bare this in mind at the time of your order, depending on what you order some items may take a little more time to create than others, before sending it on to you.

This beautiful decorative vanity footstool is also practical and multi-functional.

An exceptional piece of craftsmanship they are made from responsibly sourced beech wood and classy ChiChi furnishing velour fabric that feels soft and smooth under the feet.

Not only looks great but also passes the 30k Martindale rub test for durability as well as being fire-rated for UK domestic furnishings.

It is is approximately 3.5kg in weight making it easy to move it from room to room.

With environmental consciousness in mind, our fabrics are all printed using completely water-based inks. This means no chemicals or solvents are used. Our heat fixing procedure fixes the colours and prints, avoiding the downsides of steaming, such as excess
or contaminated water returning into the waste system. We have one facility in
London where we conduct all the printing, production and fulfilment.

The average delivery price will vary depending on the number of items in your order.

IF YOU ARE TREATING YOURSELF TO JEWELLERY AND/OR ORIGINAL ART TOGETHER WITH ANY HOMEWARE, CLOTHING OR FABRICS IN THE SAME ORDER PLEASE BARE IN MIND THE SHIPPING WILL BE SENT OUT SEPARATELY FROM SEPARATE ADDRESSES RESPECTIVELY, ACCORDING TO THEIR DIFFERING TIMESCALES.

We want you to be happy with your order, we are determined to have each and every purchase result in a happy customer.

All clothing, homeware and fabric is handmade in the Warehouse once you have placed your order, especially for you.  Because everything is handmade, there is some potential for human error. Usually, our quality control department will pick up on this and everything will be sorted before your order is even dispatched, however on the rare case that something does slip through then all you need to do is let us know.

Contact myself, Elizabeth, within 7 days quoting your name and order number.  Please also provide a digital image of the fault (along with a clear description of the problem) in the email.

Sometimes we could do with a little help. I do not encourage spending beyond your means - however, I pay my car insurance this way, so - it's up to you, the option is there.
