Once payment has been received your chosen item/s will be individually handmade printed, cut, sewn and checked for quality by the lovely team in the Warehouse especially for YOU.

Please do bare this in mind at the time of your order, depending on what you order some items may take a little more time to create than others, before sending it on to you.

Printed and produced onto a thick and padded wet suit neoprene material, which is cut and handsewn to order in the warehouse. Our skilled makers make your new custom laptop bag with the utmost care and attention, to create the perfect accessory for you.

Your bag is printed using a dye sublimation process which infuses the eco-friendly inks directly into the fibres of the fabric, resulting in a long-lasting print which won’t scratch or peel over time.

You laptop bag is finished with black piping and a chunky zip with two sturdy pullers, to create a functional but stylish case.

All of your fashion, textiles, stationery and accessories orders are shipped directly from the warehouse once they have been lovingly handmade especially for YOU.

The average delivery price will vary depending on the number of items in your order.

IF YOU ARE TREATING YOURSELF TO JEWELLERY AND/OR ORIGINAL ART TOGETHER WITH ANY HOMEWARE, CLOTHING OR FABRICS IN THE SAME ORDER PLEASE BARE IN MIND THE SHIPPING WILL BE SENT OUT SEPARATELY FROM SEPARATE ADDRESSES RESPECTIVELY, ACCORDING TO THEIR DIFFERING TIMESCALES.

We want you to be happy with your order, we are determined to have each and every purchase result in a happy customer.

All clothing, homeware and fabric is handmade in the Warehouse once you have placed your order, especially for you.  Because everything is handmade, there is some potential for human error. Usually, our quality control department will pick up on this and everything will be sorted before your order is even dispatched, however on the rare case that something does slip through then all you need to do is let us know.

Contact myself, Elizabeth, within 7 days quoting your name and order number.  Please also provide a digital image of the fault (along with a clear description of the problem) in the email.
