Once payment has been received your very own notebook journal will be printed and produced just for you to order. This helps keep down wastage on every level.

Please do bare this in mind at the time of your order, as it will be made from scratch before sending it on to you.

Handbound with metal corner protectors, your customised diary 2026 is made using traditional bookbinding methods using book blocks, which are sourced from Florence Italy.

With features such as a ribbon bookmark, 110gsm ivory paper, and additional information such as national holidays* and maps, your new custom diary will be a real keepsake.

Week to view layout with 140 pages on fine 110 g Italian ivory paper, the colours on the front and back are rich and vibrant and detail is depicted clearly on Monroe Satin covers.

 * National Holidays cover the UK, USA, Japan and the EU.

All of your homeware, clothing, accessories and fabric orders are shipped directly from The warehouse once they have been lovingly handmade especially for YOU.

We want you to be happy with your order, we are determined to have each and every purchase result in a happy customer.

Because everything is handmade, there is some potential for human error. Usually, our quality control department will pick up on this and everything will be sorted before your order is even dispatched, however on the rare case that something does slip through then all you need to do is let us know.

Contact myself, Elizabeth, within 7 days quoting your name and order number.  Please also provide a digital image of the fault (along with a clear description of the problem) in the email.

Sometimes we could do with a little help. I do not encourage spending beyond your means - however, I pay my car insurance this way, so - it's up to you, the option is there.
