Once payment has been received your chosen item/s will be individually handmade printed, cut, sewn and checked for quality by the lovely team in the Warehouse especially for YOU.

Please do bare this in mind at the time of your order, depending on what you order some items may take a little more time to create than others, before sending it on to you.

With the majority of duffle bags being mass-produced these days, quality has become a scarce resource. Luckily, the team who make these duffle bags are created by the skilled hands of expert leatherworkers.

You might notice some creasing on the leather on your bag, particularly if you use solid, dark colours. Don't worry, this is just because the leather is curved around your bag, and these creases make for a genuine, handcrafted touch.

We print using eco-friendly inks onto the Nappa leather, and then cut, shape and stitch your bag by hand, quality is ensured through our premium hand-painted edges. The edges of the handle, handle teardrop tabs, zip pullers, black side strip and leather trim on the strap, are hand-painted by our team.

As leather is a natural material you may notice small differences in surface and texture, as well as wrinkles, which is common to products made from natural leather. All leathers age naturally according to the usage, and this can cause the print to wrinkle or fade slightly over time. It is possible the base colour may show through the leather as it ages with wear. When not in use we recommend storing your product in a protective dust bag or box to keep your product looking its best. Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme heat, sunlight, water, and chemical cleaners to maintain a bright and long-lasting print. Avoid contact with light coloured fabrics or upholstery as the colour may transfer. Whilst a light rain shower is unlikely to harm, we recommend protecting from rain. Should your product get wet, allow to dry naturally away from direct heat. To clean surface wipe only with a damp lint free cotton cloth.

All of your fashion, textiles, stationery and accessories orders are shipped directly from the warehouse once they have been lovingly handmade especially for YOU.

The average delivery price will vary depending on the number of items in your order.

IF YOU ARE TREATING YOURSELF TO JEWELLERY AND/OR ORIGINAL ART TOGETHER WITH ANY HOMEWARE, CLOTHING OR FABRICS IN THE SAME ORDER PLEASE BARE IN MIND THE SHIPPING WILL BE SENT OUT SEPARATELY FROM SEPARATE ADDRESSES RESPECTIVELY, ACCORDING TO THEIR DIFFERING TIMESCALES.

We want you to be happy with your order, we are determined to have each and every purchase result in a happy customer.

All clothing, homeware and fabric is handmade in the Warehouse once you have placed your order, especially for you.  Because everything is handmade, there is some potential for human error. Usually, our quality control department will pick up on this and everything will be sorted before your order is even dispatched, however on the rare case that something does slip through then all you need to do is let us know.

Contact myself, Elizabeth, within 7 days quoting your name and order number.  Please also provide a digital image of the fault (along with a clear description of the problem) in the email.
