It is individually handmade and designed by me, Elizabeth, to a very high standard and has a very organic and unique feel to it ie. there will be some slight imperfections which add to its charm. If you are looking for a ‘factory finish’ then my jewellery is not for you. Each piece has an organic and wonderfully tactile feel with character lines and indentations within the design and creation and are wonderful to turn in your hand and wear.

Bronze is good for healing your heart. Especially useful if you find you have disconnected too much from your feelings, it warms up one's heart, a bit like the sun. Consequently helping increase self confidence you will find it can help you to take steps towards that which you desire.

It helps alleviate stress, and keep negative energy at bay. It's also known for bringing good luck.

Overall it will help you keep or find your balance again, and aid you in keeping an eye on your goals, your happiness especially.

Rings have been measured using the ring sizer seen in the photographs in the listing, please use this as your sizing guide.

All measurements and weights for pendants, necklaces, brooches, pins are approximate.

Some bracelets and chains for necklaces can be altered in length especially for you before I send them on to you; please check each individual listing as it will be mentioned if this is possible.

For Handmade Jewellery my weekly posting day is THURSDAY each week (orders must be received by 4pm on Wednesdays), but if you need something delivered at short notice please choose FAST TRACKED P&P shipping at checkout and your parcel will be sent out to you on the next working day (order before 6pm weekdays).

A tracked delivery service is always used to send jewellery. For UK deliveries Special Delivery Royal Mail is used.

International (outside the UK): All customs charges are due by you the customer. Please note ALL and ANY ADDITIONAL customs fees and tariffs are due by you upon arrival or your parcel outside the UK.  Be sure to check terms and conditions and shipping policies before purchase.  It is important to note you must track your parcel, and any additional fees need to be paid by you.  Should your parcel be returned to me in the UK for any reason all further fees are also due by you and a refund for postage will not be issued as it is all out of my hands.

IF YOU ARE TREATING YOURSELF TO JEWELLERY AND/OR ORIGINAL ART TOGETHER WITH ANY HOMEWARE, CLOTHING OR FABRICS IN THE SAME ORDER PLEASE BARE IN MIND THE SHIPPING WILL BE SENT OUT SEPARATELY FROM DORSET AND LONDON RESPECTIVELY, ACCORDING TO THEIR DIFFERING TIMESCALES and locations.

Please note that with my jewellery I do not offer refunds for reasons of hygiene.

In the unlikely event that an item is faulty or broken upon arrival I will fix it for you or if appropriate replace it for another of the same kind (bear in mind most of I do is one of a kind). However, as an exception I cannot replace faulty of broken earrings; these cannot be returned to be repaired due to hygiene reasons.
