Once payment has been received your chosen item/s will be individually handmade printed, cut, sewn and checked for quality by the lovely team in the Warehouse especially for YOU.

Please do bare this in mind at the time of your order, depending on what you order some items may take a little more time to create than others, before sending it on to you.

Printed, cut and stitched right here in London, your is the epitome of fashion, design and craftsmanship.

Nappa leather is full-grain bovine-calf leather, with a thickness of 0.7-1.6 mm, is the best grade of leather that is available. Tanned in Europe, using the best quality materials and processes, we print directly onto it, deep into the fibres using the most up to date printing methods. This means that the ink is as strong as the leather, so with appropriate Nappa leather care, it will last for years to come.

The ink is chemically bonded to the fabric, ensuring a vibrant and lasting print. This will keep your bag looking fresh and contemporary for years, as the ink does not peel or rub off.

The leather is printed, cut by hand and then sewn together by our talented seamstresses. This method ensures each of our handbags is unique and custom made.

 The zip pullers, zip and D ring tabs as well as the back strap panels are all hand-painted by one of our expert leatherworkers. This premium detail not only protects your custom bum bag, but adds a luxury polished look.

This hare bum bag is 24cm W x 16cm H x 6.5cm D, and weighs 0.42kg. The strap length at full extension is 70cm. This means your bag is easily commutable while offering enough space to carry your wallet and other essentials.

All of your fashion, textiles, stationery and accessories orders are shipped directly from the warehouse once they have been lovingly handmade especially for YOU.

The average delivery price will vary depending on the number of items in your order.

IF YOU ARE TREATING YOURSELF TO JEWELLERY AND/OR ORIGINAL ART TOGETHER WITH ANY HOMEWARE, CLOTHING OR FABRICS IN THE SAME ORDER PLEASE BARE IN MIND THE SHIPPING WILL BE SENT OUT SEPARATELY FROM SEPARATE ADDRESSES RESPECTIVELY, ACCORDING TO THEIR DIFFERING TIMESCALES.

We want you to be happy with your order, we are determined to have each and every purchase result in a happy customer.

All clothing, homeware and fabric is handmade in the Warehouse once you have placed your order, especially for you.  Because everything is handmade, there is some potential for human error. Usually, our quality control department will pick up on this and everything will be sorted before your order is even dispatched, however on the rare case that something does slip through then all you need to do is let us know.

Contact myself, Elizabeth, within 7 days quoting your name and order number.  Please also provide a digital image of the fault (along with a clear description of the problem) in the email.
